Dear Bill & Emma, Thank you so much for all your hard work on my engagement ring. I am so in love with it!!! It is exactly what I wanted, just absolutely perfect and I can’t stop looking at it! You guys are magicians – I went in to see you for the first time having absolutely no clue about what I wanted and the end result is this incredibly beautiful ring which I think is exactly right for me.
