I had a very unique concept for an engagement ring for the love of my life. I wasn't sure that it would translate into something that could actually be achieved. After spending an hour with Bill, talking about my idea and my girlfriend, he had realised my idea in sketch form and it looked even better than I had imagined. Whilst he said that it was going to be a challenge, the end result surpassed even my wildest expectations, and captured the personality of my better two thirds perfectly. Bill's artistic talent, attention to detail, the attentiveness of his staff, and the end result were above and beyond anything that I had expected. Ash was absolutely delighted with the piece of art that Bill crafted for her - for it is a work of art, not just a piece of jewellery. I couldn't have chosen a better craftsman than Bill Hicks to create for my love and I, an endearing symbol of our love for each other.
